Who is eligible?
To receive the $500 back at closing you must be currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, have served in the past and obtained an Honorable Discharge, or are a spouse of someone meeting the criteria above.  

As a military spouse, I understand firsthand the unique housing needs and stressors of military members and their families.

So as a way to give back to those that serve, I am offering $500 back at closing to all military members and veterans who buy or sell in central Ohio!

In addition to saving you money, I am also a certified MRP (Military Relocation Professional) which involves extensive training in the unique home-buying and selling needs of veterans and active service members.
